Department of Pediatric Dentistry

Paediatric Dentistry is the specialty of dentistry which is concerned with the total oral health care, both preventive & therapeutic, of all children from birth through adolescence. It also includes the oral health care of children with special health care needs such as those with physical, medical & behavioral disorders / disabilities. The specialty focuses primarily on the prevention of oral disease, achieved by active interaction between the dentist, the child & the parent.

The Department of Paediatric Dentistry, Darshan Dental College & Hospital, Udaipur, is a beautifully-designed, child-friendly setup with state-of-art equipment & the latest in dental material.
